Insulated foam blocks are polystyrene foam profiles or components produced through a single-stage heating and moulding process using standardised factory equipment, following the expansion of expandable polystyrene beads. They feature interlocking joints or overlapping notches around the edges, uniformly distributed dovetail grooves on both inner and outer surfaces, and permanently moulded identification marks.
Types: Primarily divided into eight categories: straight panels, tees, corners, insert panels, upper window panels, roof panels and inserts.
Applications: Integrate seamlessly with concrete, steel, composite and timber structures to form building external walls that combine thermal insulation with structural integrity.

Module Structure Description
Do the modules need to be removed after modular construction?
In modular construction, once the walls are completed, the modules do not need to be removed. They remain in place as the building's insulation layer, ensuring a warm interior in winter and a cool one in summer!
What are the materials and applications of the modules?
The modules are made of EPS polystyrene, which is non-toxic and odorless. It has long been used in food packaging and building insulation.
How are modular walls finished?
After the modular walls are installed, mesh is applied and covered with mortar, followed by tiling or painting. The modular surface features a dovetail groove design, preventing peeling or cracking.
How many stories can be built using modular construction?
