ICF system foam modules are rigid foams produced by shaping polystyrene beads in a mould after they have been softened and expanded by steam heating. They offer excellent thermal insulation and are lightweight. The standard density of EPS is 30 kg/m³, though this can be customised to meet specific requirements. Three thicknesses are available: 250 mm, 280 mm and 320 mm. The EPS insulation layer on both sides is 55 mm thick, whilst the concrete core measures 140 mm, 170 mm and 210 mm respectively.
