In some degree, this one-time use foam formworks can replace the traditional steel and plastic supporting panel for concrete pouring and save more construction accessories.

This styrofoam system contains wall blocks(exterior and interior),floor thermal insulation boards, window and door frames, customized roof tops, basement and foundation layers. Our popular concrete wall thickness is 14cm,17cm and 21cm.We also has R value adjuster if you want higher R value in extremely cold region or under government regulations.

Structural exterior walls – Load-bearing walls for homes, apartments, and commercial buildings. The reinforced concrete core handles vertical and lateral loads while the EPS foam provides continuous insulation (R-22+).

Below-grade foundations – Basement walls that resist hydrostatic pressure, prevent radon entry, and keep below-ground spaces warm without additional insulation.

Noise and fire separation – Demising walls between apartments, hotel rooms, or offices. The solid concrete blocks sound (STC 55+) and provides a 4-hour fire rating.

Additional uses include storm shelters (FEMA-rated), cold storage walls (no thermal bridging), and retaining walls. One assembly replaces framing, insulation, vapor barrier, and air barrier. Build faster. Perform better.
