EPS polystyrene foam boards, also known simply as foam boards, are blocks of foam formed by heating and expanding expandable polystyrene beads within a mould. Characterised by a fine, closed-cell structure, they are primarily used for thermal insulation in building walls and roofs, composite panels, cold stores, air conditioning systems, vehicles and ships. We offer customised board densities and dimensions to meet our customers' requirements.

Product Applications
Exterior wall insulation: Must use Class B1 or B2 flame-retardant EPS with fire-resistant barrier strips; the surface requires a UV-resistant protective layer.
Underfloor heating: Recommended density ≥20 kg/m³ to prevent deformation under pressure; a reflective film may be applied to the surface.
Cold storage: Requires high density (≥25 kg/m³) and the use of specialized low-temperature-resistant adhesives.
Packaging and transport: Select density (15–30 kg/m³) based on the item's weight to prevent damage during transit.
Roadbed fill: Uses specialized large EPS blocks (density ≥20 kg/m³); requires drainage and oil-protection measures (as EPS is susceptible to damage from gasoline).
