EPS polystyrene board, formally known as expanded polystyrene foam, is a white foam board with a closed-cell structure made from polystyrene resin through a heating and foaming process. More than 98% of its internal volume consists of countless sealed air cells. Since air has poor thermal conductivity and does not allow for convection, EPS boards offer exceptional thermal insulation properties. It is an extremely versatile insulation material, characterized by its light weight, low cost, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, sound insulation and vibration damping properties, and simple manufacturing process.
Flame retardant, insoluble drops, self-extinguishing from the fire to facilitate the construction of workers, and safe and reliable, the stability of the material system is good safety, fire prevention and aesthetic and low cost.
