EPS sandwich wall panels are a construction material composed of cement mortar facings on both sides and an internal EPS core, forming a lightweight, non-load-bearing composite wall panel.
The outer facings on both sides consist of a 5mm-thick layer of cement mortar, while the central core is filled with a mixture of expanded polystyrene (EPS) granules, cement, and fiber mesh reinforcement.
This type of panel is particularly well-suited for steel-structure buildings and for use as exterior thermal insulation; most notably, it can also serve as formwork.
The core material utilizes B1-grade fire-retardant EPS.

Since its establishment in 2008, Shanxi Rongshengchang New Materials Co., Ltd. has focused exclusively on the field of building insulation materials. With a cumulative investment exceeding RMB 19.5 million and a footprint of approximately 17,000 square meters, the company is equipped with state-of-the-art, high-efficiency CNC automated production lines.
