Cement-EPS sandwich panels are a new type of fire-resistant material, featuring an insulating core layer reinforced on both sides by composite inorganic facing layers.
The core material is available in two variants-standard EPS and Graphite EPS-with customizable densities typically ranging from 28 to 45 kg/m³.
Panel dimensions range from 60 to 150 mm in thickness and 1,800 to 3,000 mm in length.
This technology employs a construction method in which the insulation is installed simultaneously with the wall structure, offering numerous advantages such as a service life equal to that of the building itself, ease of installation, safety and reliability, and superior fire-resistant performance.

Product Characteristics

Highly efficient thermal insulation:
The EPS insulation layer features low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal performance, significantly reducing energy consumption for building heating and cooling.

Significantly enhanced fire safety (Graphite EPS):
When using graphite-enhanced EPS as the core material, the addition of graphite particles and flame retardants achieves a B1 fire rating (flame-retardant). Upon exposure to fire, the graphite rapidly forms a dense carbonized layer that blocks oxygen and effectively slows the spread of flames. Standard EPS cores offer lower fire resistance.

Efficient, safe, and reliable installation:
The integrated design eliminates the need for multi-step, on-site layering. Installation utilizes a combination of adhesive bonding and mechanical anchoring, preventing issues such as hollow spots or detachment-risks often associated with material incompatibility in traditional methods.

Aesthetic appeal, cost-effectiveness, and environmental friendliness:
The finish layer offers customizable colors and textures-including faux stone, real stone paint, fluorocarbon paint, and imitation brick-to meet the aesthetic requirements of diverse architectural styles.
