Product Characteristics
Lightweight yet high-strength.
Seismic and crack-resistant. Compared to conventional materials, the thermal insulation transition layer features 50% lower bulk density while offering light weight, high strength, and excellent impact resistance.
Superior fire resistance.
The thermal insulation transition layer and the inner and outer reinforcement layers are all composed of non-combustible materials, each with a thickness of at least 50 mm, effectively resolving fire safety concerns for exterior walls.
Excellent thermal insulation performance.
The core panel utilizes an aerogel-based fireproof insulation board with a thermal conductivity of 0.040–0.045 W/(m·K), providing outstanding thermal insulation and heat-blocking properties.
Eco-friendly and water-resistant.
This system effectively addresses issues regarding the structural integrity and weather resistance of insulated wall assemblies; it prevents common problems such as hollow spots, cracking, water seepage, and detachment, thereby ensuring a service life that matches that of the building itself.
Construction Process
It is primarily used for exterior wall formwork in cast-in-place high-rise or super-high-rise buildings. It is suitable for green buildings and ultra-low energy buildings with stringent fire safety and thermal insulation requirements, as well as for high-rise residential and public buildings in regions with harsh climates, such as cold or severely cold zones.

Shanxi Rongshengchang New Materials Co., Ltd., established in March 2008, has a total investment of over 19.5 million yuan and covers an area of approximately 17,000 square meters. It boasts internationally advanced, high-efficiency CNC automated production lines.
