Fiberglass mesh is a product made from fiberglass mesh as the base material, coated with a sizing and alkali-resistant finish. Its main component is alkali-free fiberglass yarn, primarily composed of silicates, exhibiting good chemical stability. The weave structure is a leno weave, followed by high-temperature heat setting treatment with alkali-resistant solutions and reinforcing agents.

It possesses high strength, good flexibility, high tensile strength in both warp and weft directions, alkali resistance, acid resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, stiffness, flatness, resistance to shrinkage and deformation, excellent positioning, mildew resistance, insect resistance, fire resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and electrical insulation properties.

Its working principle is to weave a tight protective mesh onto the wall surface. When the wall is affected by factors such as temperature changes, humidity changes, wind pressure, and building settlement, the mesh evenly distributes these stresses, preventing cracks from appearing in the wall.

Common specifications include mesh size (e.g., 5mm×5mm, 4mm×4mm, 3mm×3mm, etc.), weight per square meter (80g-160g), length per roll (50m, 100m or 200m), and width (1m-2m); the standard color is white, but blue, green or other colors are also available.
