The production process of foamed ceramics mainly includes raw material preparation, mixing and batching, foaming and molding, high-temperature firing, and post-processing.

Raw Material Preparation: Select suitable inorganic mineral raw materials and foaming agents, and perform pretreatment and sieving to ensure the purity and particle size distribution of the raw materials.

Mixing and Batching: Mix the raw materials and foaming agent evenly in a certain proportion to form a uniform slurry. This step is crucial for subsequent foaming and molding.

Foaming and Molding: Inject the uniformly mixed slurry into a mold, and through heating or chemical reaction, decompose the foaming agent to generate gas, forming a porous structure. The amount of foaming agent and foaming conditions need to be controlled during this process.

High-Temperature Firing: Place the foamed and molded body into a high-temperature kiln for firing, causing the inorganic mineral raw materials to undergo a chemical reaction and form a stable ceramic structure. The firing temperature and time need to be controlled according to the characteristics of the raw materials and product requirements.

Post-Processing: Perform post-processing such as cutting, grinding, and inspection on the fired foamed ceramics to meet the needs of different application fields.
