The surface can be patterned using a molding process to create various textures such as brick and stone patterns. The middle insulation layer uses rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 40%-60%. Tests show that its insulation performance decreases by less than 3% after 25 years of use at high temperatures, and its thermal conductivity at room temperature is 0.022-0.024 W/(m·K). The inner layer is tightly bonded with aluminum foil or fiberglass cloth, providing moisture protection.
The overall thickness of the metal carved panel is approximately 16mm, and the width is 383mm, conforming to internationally standardized dimensions. Its energy-saving technologies include specially made aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets, rigid polyurethane foam, reflective film, and an air layer design. This air layer helps regulate wall humidity, improve indoor dampness and mold, and reduce the effects of thermal bridging.
