Fiberglass mesh is a mesh material made from fine glass fibers through twisting, weaving, and coating. It possesses properties such as alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. This material, with its interlacing of warp and weft fibers to create different mesh sizes, is widely used in the construction industry for crack-resistant construction of composite wall insulation systems. Using larger mesh sizes can effectively reduce constraint stress.
The production process includes three stages: melt modification, twisting and forming, and composite coating. Adding 14.5%-16.7% zirconium dioxide improves alkali resistance, and the composite coating of styrene-butadiene rubber and pure acrylic emulsion increases the joint slip resistance to 3.5-4.5 N.
